Cancellations policy

50% or minimum two nights of the rent plus tax of 14% are due at the moment of reservation in order to secure your reservation.

You may do so by providing the information of your credit card (MC or VISA) including the name on the card, number and expiry date, or by sending a check. Details will be communicated at the moment of reservation.

In case of a cancellation, no charge will be due if cancelled 30 days or more ahead of the date of arrival. If cancelled between 15 and 29 days before check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be charged. If you will cancel within less than 15 days before arrival date, no refund will be made, i.e. the full deposit is due.

For reservations of 3 rooms and more, guaranteed by the same party, more specific restrictions apply.
