Our chef and owner has not forgotten about his Swiss roots. He is still going for the best, whatever it takes. Our kitchen can be described as Swiss-Mex, always the freshest of seafood and the best cuts. Organic salads and vegetables are a must whenever it is possible. Special requests are welcome and are satisfied if ever possible. Mexican wines only (except for champagne).
